THE LITTLE FIR FOUNDATION

If you ask any of Ning's friends to use one word to describe him, you will get one answer - "passionate".  From the soccer field in high school to the corporate office of Simpson Thacher in Beijing, he remained the same passionate person passionate about everything that he's involved, be it an after school soccer game or an international M&A case.  He founded and coached the Women's Softball Team during his graduate years at Beijing University's Law School when he left to study at the University of Virginia, every team member was in tears. After being admitted to the New York Bar, Ning started to practice corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in Beijing.  We are fortunate to have Ning as a member of our family, without his passion, hard work and determination, it would have taken years before we could help the first group of students.  Ning lives in Beijing with his wife, his daughter Ginger, and his son.
